My name is Aubrey, and I am delighted to be the Blossom Team’s relationship expert! I am passionate about a few things: motherhood, living a healthy lifestyle, and creativity. I was married to my sweetheart in the Mesa, Arizona Temple in 2013 and had a son soon after. Motherhood is definitely my favorite blessing because I believe it has provided me with my largest growing opportunity yet. I recently started a new venture and opened up a small business as a freelance calligraphy artist. This allows me to stay home with my son yet have a (much needed) creative outlet! I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Development from ASU; this degree comes in handy on a daily basis!

One of the most important things I have learned thus far is that I am a daughter of a Heavenly Father, and as such, I have amazing abilities. This especially rang true to me when I was in labor with my first son. My mom always tells stories of me being a little girl in my room, crying at a few of my birthday parties. When asked why, I explained that it was because I didn’t want to grow up and have babies. . . . I was terrified of the pain I would go through, even at such a young age! Then there I was, a 20-year-old preparing to have a completely medication-free birth because I really wanted to overcome my fear. Yes, I was scared, but God showed me how strong I could be if I only had faith in Him and His plan. It was (and continues to be) an incredible experience and I can’t wait to do it again.

I am really humbled by the women of the world and in our church. We can accomplish so much if we only believe in our own abilities and realize that each of us has a unique talent to bring to the table!  I am continually striving to remind myself of this truth so that I may help provide a steady foundation in my personal life and home. I can’t wait to share my experiences and get to know you all better!
